               First day of starting an antidepressant. I’ve never taken it before so I had to start with a starter prescription. It’s very light but it still gave me headache because I’ve never taken any medicine like this before. 

 I was also not feeling too good today and for the last few days, I was sick flu like symptoms. Felt like hell because went you already going through depression and mental hardships and then you have to deal with getting sick and stuff it’s pretty rough.

I kept getting chills, feeling dizzy, headaches, sore throat, nausea, I still am feeling this but it’s gotten a little better.

I’m hopeful that things are going to get better, just feel very depressed right now. I don’t feel too good you know.

It’s just hard.
